Before you move in, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the apartment to ensure everything is in excellent condition. This includes cleaning all surfaces, checking appliances and utilities, and addressing any maintenance issues. We’ll also ensure that any necessary repairs are completed. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and welcoming environment from day one. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please let us know!

Our maintenance policy allows us to seek your permission to enter for each maintenance request, so your presence isn’t required, though you’re always welcome to be there if you prefer.
